A little on the expensive side, hence the 4 stars, but 10/10 for convenience. This IGA is located just outside many hotels I’ve stayed at and it definitely stocks all the essentials. I was particularly impressed to find Smart Protein Bars stocked here, and with a decent flavour selection! It’s definitely a go-to when Woolies or Coles aren’t alternatives (as they are quite a bit further away)
This IGA local store is conveniently located on Collins between King St & William St in Melbourne CBD.
I shop at this little IGA often as I'm temp housing just down the road. Very friendly staff always smiling and thoughtful assistance.
I've been here a couple times. I'm sure there's a reason the liquor is locked away, but it becomes inconvenient when the counter has a line and you have to wait for the cashier to become available. Otherwise, staff is great. Selection of liquor is limited. I haven't shopped the full store, but imagine you could only do partial grocery shopping here. Overall, it's a good place to check out for food or other needs.
