The quality is always great and usually there's local options... Some staff is amazing and goes above and beyond but.... The customer service in the cashiers is hit, and miss (I'd definitely give a higher rating with a little more pleasant interactions)(I am a regular customer, my family shops here more than once a week... Their Bakery- and few above mention staff- is absolutely amazing, or we probably would not)
I love this store and stop in most times I'm in Penticton. Fresh produce, a great bakery and friendly and helpful staff
