Staff here especially deli staff doesn’t know the customer service. deli girl on this Wednesday was very unhygienic, serving without changing gloves….and made me wait for long ….not only that ham was also not fresh……i must say very very bad customer service from deli staff……they should train the deli staff i went there in evening again thinking someone trained will be there but they tried ti sell ham which best before date was gone……i insisted to give me new slices….please guys check their best before dates before buying any... read more
Terrible customer service, go to Woolies or Aldi North Melbourne. These people have no idea what’s “service” mean.
