Lovely service by the tall blonde lady the other day. Really helpful, even offered to help take my groceries to the car as I had a moon boot on. I see her quite often, always have a smile on her face.
Rude service is just the start at this store, it just goes down from there
We just visited iga mt coolum at 6pm to do a big shop. The trolleys were all locked and chained up. 2 hours before closing time. I asked the girl at the checkout and she talked to the girl in the little office She told me that they chain them up at this time. I said it's 2 hours before closing time and I need to do my grocery shop. They couldn't care less. So I got what I needed and will be going to woolies in the morning. You need to be better IGA
