This IGA has the rudest most unfriendly and unhelpful staff I have ever experienced at any shop on the coast , I live at Mount Coolum and although the store is very close to where I live I will never ever set foot into that store ever again I will drive to Coolum or Pacific Paradise instead , I have seen may other people complain about the same thing that I have experienced but the owner has repeatedly supported there staff which is admirable but not good for there customers Very disgusting and disappointing by both staff an... read more
Awesome staff and service, and consistently great quality products. The Walter’s sourdough sandwich bread is what brought us in, and now we’re shopping here regularly. The hamburger buns (see photo) were fresh, soft, and clearly high quality as well. There’s a great range of local products too, which we prefer to support.

This IGA has gone majorly downhill. We’ve noticed in the last 6 months, maybe a year, the quality of the fruit and vegetables has been declining- rotten produce sitting on the shelves, fruit flies hanging around and no variety. Strawberries are $2 more than Woolworths at least and worse quality- they go off the next day. If your fruit and veg is worse quality than Woolworths you’ve got a problem.
