A big shout out to all staff involved in my sandwich platters for my daughters netball team. From ordering to pick-up, An amazing job by all, and the platters were way better than I expected.

I come in here to the IGA regularly and most times their is this cheerful, friendly and helpful girl called Soraya and I would like to acknowledge her for the hard work she puts in. Good job!

After 20 years, I've just walked out of the IGA. Today, I have clearly perfected my invisible suit. Firstly, trying to get some frozen meat, and stocking guy, felt it far more important to shuffle the packets around and park his (empty) trolley in front of the cabinets. Fair enough, I can wait. After several minutes and failed attempts to get past what can only be described as active blocking, I moved on to get some ham. Bought an object that was expired by more than 4 weeks. Don't live close by so returned it after 6 weeks together with the respective receipt as was passing close by. Lady was quite abrupt aand told me that it was too late now as they don't accept returns that were purchased for such a timeframe. Yes, but you sold it expired to your customer and you kindly accepted my money! Never again. Be aware about this invented, fictitious policy....
