I love this place its just 30sec away from my hous. But some of the items are so expensive like 10$ for 4 bars of icecream?
Extremely disappointed with my IGA experience. I grabbed some mushrooms in rush, assuming if they were near expiry date or expired, they would have a clearance tag. No tags, just bought for full price which expired 9 days ago. I already had an issue with avacados last time. Staff gave refund straight away both the times, but that's not the point. Management need to take care of checking expiries of product, especially for fresh produce stock and clear pricing.Woudnt visit this store here after.

Absolutely disgusting. Almost everything I needed was expired, and close to use by date. I told the guy on cashiers who didn’t care and just replied with ok. While I was there he was on the phone chatting with someone. Just remember guys, if your customers are not happy you will not be getting customers. From now on, I will be walking to Northlands even if I need one thing. Atleast I get recognition from the guys at Cole’s. Such a shame as this IGA use to be good and was so convenient.
