I purchased a salad that contained rice which had turned, was growing spores, and had a foul odour. I explained to staff that the fridge did not appear to be at the correct temperature, and for food to reach this state it would have been sitting for several days. I suggested they check the other salads. The manager dismissed my concerns by rolling her eyes.
