Can’t rate this any lower, unfortunately. Really disappointed with the way the female staff member treated an Uber delivery driver. She was extremely rude to him, made him wait around 8–10 minutes, then couldn’t she had hard time findings the items and asked him to cancel the order because she had to look after her in-store customers. Had a really pleasant experience shopping here. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed without any hassle. The staff were friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy, which I appreciated. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience

I recently visited IGA and had a fantastic experience! The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. I was impressed by the variety of fresh produce and local products available. The prices were reasonable, especially on seasonal items, and I found a great deal on organic fruits. absoloute scammers, brought four scratches from there and won on 2. 1. $3 winning ticket 2. $25 winning ticket. paid me $10 and was adamant that was the prize, acted new and confused (was the store manager the old lady) and wouldnt even look at the tixket twice nor want to apeak on fhe topic. absoloute frauds, poor old lady must have needed to throw the $15 in her own pocket.

Absolute fraud - ordered 4 items on menu log. These guys didn’t have 3 of the 4 items available but they didn’t tell menulog and charged me anyway. Manager tried to say she would drop it off at my house later (I declined) and then she lied and marked it as picked up!!!! Completely dishonest - thievery. Have reported them to menulog and the consumer watch dog.
