Shop itself is ok if you just need to duck in and grab stuff, but too bad if you actually need help-there's rarely anyone at the front counter and you often have to walk around for awhile to find any staff.
The staff member that is bald with glasses who I believe is the manager is insanely rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend.
Really disappointed been going here for the last 2 years and the are normally open till 9pm and use to be 10pm but they have changed there time to 8pm what’s the point of a convenience store that’s isn’t open at times that would be convenient!
I bought chicken wings from IGA and to my absolute disgust I found a fly, one of those that literally go around feces, inside the food right under the wings. It definitely didn’t come from outside because it was underneath all the chicken, not on top. I had only eaten one single piece before noticing it. I went back to the store to show them what happened, expecting at least an apology or a refund, but instead they told me it came from outside, which is just impossible.
