I’ve been coming here regularly as it’s convenient for my work, but unfortunately I’ve been really disappointed with the customer service from two particular staff members. One in particular has consistently come across as unfriendly and unwelcoming demeanour, never smiling. During my most recent visit I was spoken to in a way that I found extremely rude and unnecessary. IGA’s are generally great! This is the worst one I have been in. There is so much potential. The shelves are pretty much empty! Even epmty cardboard packets on the shelves. When you walk out, you smell like you’ve been in a fried food festival the deli looks ok. It’s great If you need milk. Very disappointing!
Pretty much every time i come in, literally half the shelves are unstocked and i can never get what i need. One time i came in and a bunch of the bread and rolls were moldy too. Staff are usually friendly enough though, but yea… an inconvenience store for sure
