I’m really disappointed by my recent experiences at this IGA. The man who works there used to be genuinely kind to me. He would smile, speak to me politely, ask whether I needed a bag or receipt, and generally make me feel welcome. However, after one occasion where I came into the store with my partner, his attitude towards me completely changed. Since then, he has stopped engaging with me altogether.
