Got given the wrong coffee order, took it back, where the lady disputed what we ordered as the young server at the main counter had written it down incorrectly. She then tried to charge us for an additional coffee instead of making the correct order. What a joke, one coffee went to waste. I’ve been getting coffee here for years and always served by Kelly- never had an issue. Waste of money.
to the rude know it all indian lady that was working today at 11:30am this morning, you CAN in fact LEGALLY use a digital license to buy cigarettes in QLD. Just rude and unprofessional.
Great food selection. My kids love their roast, just their staff could be rude at times.
Workers seem so judgy here saw a lot of eye rolls from the two girls at the counter serving customers
