Didn't have a great experience here at all. I checked online for some items I wanted, it said they were in stock. When I got there, they didn't have any of them. I checked online again and still showed they were available but for home delivery. Placed the order and added some extra things to make the order total, nothing I needed though. The order went through and I specifically requested nothing was substituted, anything unavailable should be refunded. Very rude Asian girl at the cash register! Unhelpful, abrupt, curt and unacceptable customer "service" attitude. Will not shop here again, ever, despite living a few 100 meters away! At Woollies and Coles, I do not get that attitude! A few days earlier got overcharged with higher price than on the shelf! They fixed that with a refund, maybe now the rude girl can get some training in manners and customer service.
Really good local supermarket, long term staff and excellent service.
