1 star Bought a stick lighter today around 1:30pm from IGA Local Grocer East Lindfield Plus Liquor. It was faulty — it only lit once every four attempts and was unusable outdoors. I use these lighters daily at a market stall, so I know how they’re supposed to work. When I went back to refund or exchange it under Australian Consumer Law, the staff member refused outright, acted aggressively, and falsely accused me of “kicking things in the store.” Completely untrue.
