Definitely far from great on my customer experience at this IGA. Not sure if it was the owner but the older gentleman that's always at the register is really rude and impatient. He started slamming the EFTPOS on the counter and than after a second of the payment going through he told me to move out of the way in a very aggressive manner while I was collecting my items.
You need a ticketting system. Its not fun being ignored by staff while they let people queue jump. Been coming here for a few years. Nice quick food. But the service stinks
This place unfortunately has a lot of its products with incorrect pricing. I have notice a lot of the time that I am overcharged when I get to the counter to pay. I then have to go back to the item take a photo of the price and show them that they have overcharged. It does not happen on all items but happens at least every 3 times I seem to go in there to buy something.
