Just like the other reviews below, this IGA store clearly do not check stock. On multiple occasions, I have told staff about products past their use-by date. Tonight (5th August 2026) was a doozy, I went to buy a packet of chips and picked up a bag best before December 2025! Clearly management in this store do not care about wasting food … and ultimately their profits!
One of the most incompetent experiences in recent memory. I place an online order for 4 bottles of wine that isn’t available in many places. Order number received via email. Travel 30 mins out of my way, turn up at the store, no record of the order and they don’t stock that wine. Call through to their head office “sorry for the inconvenience”

Young person on the phone told me "it's not my problem". How's that for customer service?
Came into the store on Monday night. The lady who served me is extremely rude. There are several products' price mismatch. I have tried communicate but she does not seem to understand any English. As a long term regular customer, there must have been a change in management because honestly it seems as if things have turned out pretty bad.
