Young person on the phone told me "it's not my problem". How's that for customer service?
Came into the store on Monday night. The lady who served me is extremely rude. There are several products' price mismatch. I have tried communicate but she does not seem to understand any English. As a long term regular customer, there must have been a change in management because honestly it seems as if things have turned out pretty bad.
Genuinely shocked by the standards here. The produce section had multiple items with visible mould. Not edge cases, not one bad apple, but systematic neglect. Fruit sitting out well past any reasonable shelf life, clearly not being rotated or checked with any regularity. Beyond the produce, the overall hygiene of the store raised serious concerns. Terrible shop, it seems that they have no idea what health standards are, the place is full of rotten and mouldy fruit, and don’t even get me started on the workers. To be fair, one day I came in and 2 young blond gentlemen, around 19 or 20 years old served me and they were brilliant. Kind, smart and helpful.
