I’ve not had a good experience here lately. Twice I’ve brought ice creams (two different brands) that tastes like they’ve melted and been re frozen. I’ve brought mouldy chocolate bakery items that were suppose to be fresh from the cupboard and took a bite of. I’ve also noticed a lot of produce that should be refrigerated out in the open going bad. Shame as the staff are a slay in customer service tho 🥲
It is sad to read such a cowardly review from Lauren Nettle below about a great place like IGA Bowden. I've been a local & regular at IGA Bowden and have consistently (like 100% of the time) had a great experience with both quality and service. I've found ALL produce and especially ice cream (because it’s a weekly purchase for our home) to be perfectly ok.
