It's a lovely shop and team but parking is so awful. It's my local and popping in to grab milk is such a painful exercise. Especially with kids in tow. I've given up many times and gone somewhere else. Nobody respects the 15min time limit. Doesn't matter the time of day or night, you can never get a park.
It was OK, stays open till 9.30pm, has a lot of stock and great veges and fruits. A good range of frozen goods. Also a good variety of meats. I found it a little tight with the isles but managed.

Terrible experience over the phone, poor service. I asked a question which he answered very rudely and didn’t even let me finish and hung on me
Thanks for your reply, it seems like I can only respond in an edit of the original review. It was the lactose free though I’ve heard the problem was with regular too. I’m glad you addressed the issue and I’ve adjusted the rating. ‘It’s a shame the Fleurieu Milk refills always go bad within a day of buying them. Have to go to the central markets to get it which is a pain.’
