Won't let locals get cash out if they "think" you are gonna go elsewhere for cigarettes. They don't let you swap items even if the one you had hasn't been touched. The staff are lovely but man the owner makes some terrible decisions. Not only that but in comparison to other IGA stores, this one is overpriced.
