No one could complain about our local IGA. On st least 2 occasions we have called in for an egg and lettuce sandwich but they were out. One of the lovely ladies came and asked if she could help and we told her they were out. She went and made us 2 fresh sandwiches anyway. Another time when first opened, I asked where I would find plant based sausages. The manager had not even heard of such a thing but said she would look into it.
