Not only are the prices outrageous, the selection of what's available is terrible. But luckily it's never open! So there's that. How did Dulwich Hill end up with this as the supermarket? Hope they develop the car park out the back and an aldi goes in asap Should probably note - there's plenty of people who work there who are super nice.
Great range of stock
Disappointed by the rude treatment from staff and the “random” bag search. It was my second time in the store. I bought 4 items and after I had paid the cashier put my items to one side and said she needed to check my tote bag. After this several members of staff surrounded me to search my bag and block the exit. When I questioned this they said it was a random search. I've been going here daily for 4 years and staff insist on bag checking me every single time, essentially accusing me of being a thief despite being a long term customer. Bad service and bad management. Going to avoid like the plague and tell everyone I know to as well.
Friendly staff. Not sure what's going on with some of the other reviews but not experienced any bad service myself. The prices are way too high and for the only grocery store in Dulwich hill it's a bit of a nightmare. And the opening hours... closing at 8pm and 7 on the weekend is very inconvenient.
