I regularly shop here in person and tried to order groceries through uber eats today as im at home sick. They claimed to be out of stock of soup and couldn’t replace it with something similar. I believe they were just being lazy as they always have a wide selection of soup at the store. The uber delivery person was even kind enough to go back and ask them to either return the order or give me some form of soup but no luck. Now im at home with my delivery of bread and no soup. Lovely and kind staff! Needed to pop in for baby needs and groceries for dinner and even though it was just a quick shop, my toddler was getting antsy. At the checkout I witnessed an interaction between a staff member at one of the registers and a member of the public who looked like he might be doing it a bit rough - he came in and asked how much for a bottle of water (it was a hot day!). The fruit and veg here is the best I’ve found in Sydney. The staff are helpful and friendly and there’s always something interesting to discover on the shelves with a wide variety of culinary avenues to explore
