Great staff really enjoyable hot box and overall a great place
Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased chicken that was past its use-by date and had to return it. When I raised the issue, the owner, Lorrie, was incredibly rude and dismissive. During the interaction, he made a comment suggesting he’d only give me a refund if I did him “a naughty favour,” which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was completely inappropriate.
