Needed some wheelie bin bags. Called to check they had them and it was literally 5 mins before closing. Staff were so helpful and I made it there in time to get them.
Seriously what is the issue with bbq chicken. The previous owners cooked the most delicious bbq chickens. Always moist, never over cooked. The new people, had terrible chickens at the beginning. Later on we thought well that’s great they are definitely improving. However, I purchased one about 2.30ish today. Dreadful, dry as, won’t be able to have left overs tomorrow as it’s sooooo dry now will not be edible tomorrow. Get your act together. 0 Stars!! Shocking again! Waited to check lotto. After waiting for another customer to be served, told to go to lotto register. Wait again for a customer. Wanted to claim win, had to go back to other register and wait for another customer to be served. Wanted to get more lotto and yep, had to head back to different register and yes, there was a different customer there again. Guy behind counter had no idea! They need to sort out their customer service. NEVER doing lotto there again. Avoid if you can!
Wow IGA Cooma bar has done it. Once again. Our daughter had a job that didn’t work out and she left a simple review on the page. Nothing too drastic. Nothing inappropriate and now she’s just gone to the shop to go buy stuff with her boyfriend and they’ve turned around and said no you can’t shop here to leave the shop as the most unprofessional The most disgusting respect. These people should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to teenagers.
I’m shocked with the service that just occurred. First and foremost I walked in and saw people waiting to be served with no one insight to aid them. Secondly , as I was waiting in line with my partner I was told that we would not be served and we could get out. My partner previously worked here and was given no shifts for unknown reasons , only thing we could think was due to her passing on a 2 hour shift.
