This store is great! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and there’s a wide range of products to choose from. It’s easy to shop here, with good prices and excellent customer service. I really appreciate how the staff go out of their way to assist whether it’s helping me find specific items, suggesting alternatives, or making sure I don’t leave empty-handed. Their attentiveness makes shopping a smooth and pleasant experience every time.
Nice well lit store with a wide variety of goods including essentials as well as nibbles & cakes. Customer service was prompt & polite. There is ample parking available behind the store too.
Had all the main essentials, and a selection of goodies I couldn’t find at other IGAs and was surprised that they didn’t have any expired products on sale.
Rudest staff went in to buy some beers asked for a 6pack of Carlton as there were only 5 single bottles on the shelve,the manager came and said they couldn’t open another slab to re stock the shelves as the slab came in single bottles which they clearly do not they come in 4x six packs biggest lie that’s how u restock ur shelves,and once she realized she was in the wrong told me to get out of the store for no reason what so ever learn your products and treat your customers with respect.
