I purchased 2x 2kg bag of brushed potato's and when I looked at them at home, I noticed mould on them. I also peeled some of them but they were green. Still waiting for a call back from someone regarding this.
My elderly farther has been wrongly accused of shoplifting at IGA Bundamba. He was stopped in front of other customers and, after it was clear he hadn’t stolen anything, didn’t receive a public apology for the embarrassment caused. No customer, especially an older person, should be treated this way. If a mistake is made, the least a business can do is apologise properly. It wauld have been upsetting to watch, and has left people with a very poor impression of how this store handles situations like this.’
Great specials and very friendly staff. Easy to park.
