Hot food was dry and cold as the customer service. Im by no means a fussy guy, but this food is put together with 0 love.. Only a paycheck. Dont get food here if your a tradie or someone looking for a quick "hot" snack . Avoid this place like the plague.
I always try to support smaller businesses, but the customer service was clearly lacking today. I simply tried to get my purchase added to my IGA rewards card, but was served by a teenager who didn’t know how to do it. After I explained that the lady did it for me just yesterday, he was very happy to help by asking the taller chubby boy with a moustache how to do it.
