I live in the area and use IGA as an absolute necessity. The store is dirty, staff unhelpful amd unfriendly. The meat section looks doggy, i wont buy any meat or chicken ever. Fruit and veg always looks old I have visited other IGA stores, like Breakfast Point and Summer Hill. They are beautifully managed stores. I wish we had a store run lke these in Abbotsford

I’ve consistently felt uncomfortable with the customer service experience. On several occasions, when shopping with my young son (who has additional needs), I’ve felt judged and unwelcome. Recently, I needed assistance reaching a product placed high on a shelf while managing my child, and I did not feel supported. Instead, the interactions felt dismissive and uncomfortable.
