I was looking for a very specific item, Nikki came to help me, she went above and beyond to locate the item, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Nikki was so helpful assisting me to locate the item at another IGA store, and gave me all the relevant details to be able to locate a store that had stock. 5 from me!

I cannot express how frustrating it is entering this store and every time being made to wait in long lines as you have one person serving on the counters and heaps of other staff wandering around stocking shelves… please get your priorities straight and put your customers first.

Lots of staff walking around and always only one check out open.. long line of people waiting to be served for all the other staff to be wandering around and chatting amongst themselves. I stood at the deli for ten minutes and another lady come to wait for service. She began to shout out “hello, is someone there” for quiet some time before leaving.. I told the staff at the check out that no one is serving the deli and she just scrunched her face and said “okay” - staff always stacking shelves and fridges with huge trolleys m... read more
