What customer service. She scaned my few items, left them on the counter, took my money, put her hands down by her side and looked at the items and my bag beside them, then back at me, as if to say ..well there they are pack it yourself .. Far out, teach these kids some customer service. And how to smile 😊
I was looking for a very specific item, Nikki came to help me, she went above and beyond to locate the item, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Nikki was so helpful assisting me to locate the item at another IGA store, and gave me all the relevant details to be able to locate a store that had stock. 5 from me!
I cannot express how frustrating it is entering this store and every time being made to wait in long lines as you have one person serving on the counters and heaps of other staff wandering around stocking shelves… please get your priorities straight and put your customers first.
