I live in the area and have been a loyal customer spending around 40-50$ a week - on a solo parent income! I spoke to a manager in store of an issue I had - wanting to return an item and to purchase another item at a higher price. And he was very dismissive and kept giving reasons as why the item could not be returned. Coles snd woolworths never had issues even if you didn't have receipts. I had the invoice. I hope higher management reads this. I would like to make a complaint of my experience.
