It's an IGA, except I think one staff member kept buzzing my minority wife and shouting things at us, it was very weird. Commenting that the avocados were quite expensive and woosh "YEAH, THEY ARE 3 DOLLARS" with a very "and you'll like it" attitude. Super weird.
