I try to support my local IGA,but i feel like an inconvenience every time i shop here.the customer service is terrible here,it is the most important thing.its the reason customers return... or not.

It's great to have this store locally. Yes, they certainly charge way more than Woolies in Beerwah or Coles in Caboolture, but at least they are local and they never used to charge for bags. It was nice knowing they didn't try to "nickle and dime" you. Well now they are charging and it's super annoying and petty. It also doesn't help when you've been shopping there for 2 years and have never ever been charged for a bag, and the employee says "we've always charged for them", like I haven't been a customer for years.
