Been coming here for a while. The workers here seems to be working pretty hard so I have no issue with them, but the prices are a joke. You can get a bunch of this stuff cheaper at the servo, which isn't a good sign. You can't blame high prices on being a small IGA when the tiny servo is cheaper for items. This is just owners fleecing the local community. Pretty sad to see this type of greed in a community this small.

There is an older Cashier Lady here. and she is absolutely horrific to deal with, to the point you dread she is the one serving you whilst in line. She has 0 respect for other people and 0 customer service skills. She snarls at people and does not smile or greet you. I will be making a report to the manager soon. Other then that there are lovely people who do work here. and the products are reasonably priced.

My first few visits here when I moved in to town 4 years ago were great experiences. However after 4 years I am fed up with the rudeness of one particular cashier, Clearly doesn't belong in a people facing role. I am not talking about a once off bad day... EVERY TIME. It is not just me either, after talking with some other locals, they know exactly who I am talking about. I'll just be driving to Warwick from now on. Clearly the business doesn't need the support.

Since when do you have to ask the cashier for a receipt?..I asked and she said "most people don't want a receipt"...and then "if I gave everyone a receipt my rubbish bin would be full"..how the hell are we supposed know what everything cost??? Cashier needs retraining!!!
