We were in desperate need for some help and this place was highly recommended. After two months of beating around the bush, not returning calls, not responding to emails, asking the same questions that were already answered in the emails and then consistently telling us the paperwork would be ready, the meetings can be set, etc etc they never contacted us.. over and over… I was tired of playing chase on an extremely time sensitive matter that they were aware of.
