Very poor return process. We receive whole bed set and one of night stand was defective. Piece was exchanged and yet faulty with scratches on it. Very poorly handled customer service and were asked to return, drop even when we paid for delivery charged, dont trust on customer service worst ! Never recommended
I was in today purchasing a sectional sofa and Joe helped me out right away. He was very informative and helpful about the product information. He was very kind and easy to deal with and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend talking with Joe upon visiting iFurniture!
