You may find cheap furniture here but the quality of products and their customer service really sucks. I recently bought a work desk, picked it up from the warehouse, only to find that it had the foam protective sheet glued entirely to every wooden part of the table. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at iFurniture Store in Edmonton. When purchasing a couch and chair, there was no communication or documentation provided at the time of sale indicating that the items might not fit up a stairwell, nor was I informed of any delivery limitations, restocking fees, or liability concerns. Wow! Their showroom is amazing. The prices are unbelievable. I guarantee you will not find better deals anywhere else in the city. I bought a solid wood dining set in the past and have had absolutely zero issues over the years. Their service is always fantastic. Very friendly and polite staff that are always customer focused. I had some screw missing in my assembly kit for my coat hanger . So i went back to i furniture . The guy name JOE was so awesome . He make sure that i will get the missing screw and without wasting anytime. He is very good example of going above and beyond. Thankyou
