Wow! Their showroom is amazing. The prices are unbelievable. I guarantee you will not find better deals anywhere else in the city. I bought a solid wood dining set in the past and have had absolutely zero issues over the years. Their service is always fantastic. Very friendly and polite staff that are always customer focused. I recently purchased furniture for my parents' entire house from iFurniture in Edmonton, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. They delivered everything the very next day, and the quality of the furniture is exceptional. Joe, the store manager, was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I needed. His excellent customer service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I do not recommend shopping from this place because I shopped for $10,000 unfortunately all the items are broken and damaged I called them every day and they said the same thing they tell me to send pictures of the damaged item or a video I sent them they did not answer and I called again the same thing they said send us pictures or a video and I did the same thing I sent them all the pictures and everything and they did not answer and finally I went to their headquarters Ifurniturt and talked to the manager and he told me I... read more

I purchased an item from i furniture for the first and last time. I will never be shopping there or recommending them to anyone. They have poor quality products in general. And sold me a damaged and defective item. The box arrived basically destroyed, and they still sold it to a customer. Their lack of customer service is also awful.
