Wow! Their showroom is amazing. The prices are unbelievable. I guarantee you will not find better deals anywhere else in the city. I bought a solid wood dining set in the past and have had absolutely zero issues over the years. Their service is always fantastic. Very friendly and polite staff that are always customer focused. Absolutely terrible experience at ifurniture,. After paying $900 for a bedframe that is new in the package you'd expect the edges of the veneer to not look like a toddler chewed on it. Terrible quality, selling boxes that look like they were literally dropped off of the back of a truck. After voicing my concern to the warehouse staff of the damaged boxes I was told that it was good to go and normal. We purchased the Bravo patio set online where one of the chairs had a few defective parts (the back piece was warped and the holes for the screws on a side piece didn’t quite line up). I emailed iFurniture customer service with pictures of the defective chair and Joe was quick to reply the same day and offer a replacement. I picked up the replacement chair the next day no questions asked and Joe even helped me load it into my car. Really impressed with the customer service and love the finished patio set!
Terrible quality stuff. Got a chair for my brothers birthday and there were missing screws. Now that I got the screws and built the whole chair, the arm rests were loose. I would call them and they would tell me that they would call back but never would. Having to call 30 billion times to get something fixed is outrageous. After 3-4 days of having no resolution, I decided to return it and they had the audacity to try to tell me that they are going to charge a 15% stock fee because I had opened it even though it doesn’t state... read more
