Absolutely awful experience. Sent in my laptop and was informed it was fixed. It was sent back to me at the wrong address. Then, it would not turn on all the way/reboot. I sent it back and even called asking for extra attention. Just got my computer back and it is still not working properly. I am livid. This has cost me 6 weeks of time and I'm still going to have to buy a new computer. As a graduate student I just don't have that type of time to waste.
