I needed to buy a touch button phone for my mother. The man said I needed to buy the phone before he could put my sim card in to test it. So I paid for the phone and he said the sim card was not compatible and I would have to go with another network. I took new phone home and it didn't work. So I took it back to the shop for a refund which he refused. He gave me another crappy phone. I would recommend people use the phone shop opposite the body shop/gold shop. They're so much more helpful and professional.
Thieves! Very disappointed! I had taken my iPad in to have its board inside replaced and they changed the whole iPad. My iPad had sentimental value as it was off my grandad who passed, they changed it for a scratched up one with a faulty charging port! Then he tells me I purchased a new one and I should have been told… nope I was told it would be fixed! They probably kept ours and swapped it! Thieves!!
