When I brought my iPad Pro 3rd Gen to replace screen, I was charged $150 to change the screen. I got a call saying the digitizer also had to be replaced but they would replace it free of charge. Dropped it off on Monday and got it back on Friday. Screen is still scratched and the guy told me the LCD was scratched. I think the sum I paid was enough so that I would receive a screen in new condition. I don’t have a shattered screen anymore but its still scratched up, $150 later…
