The screen on my Samsung was acting buggy, so I brought it in, and they were able to fix a cable that was disconnecting. A few days later, my screen completely died, and I went back and they were able to replace the screen right then and there, and even provided me a discount for the work they did the first time. They also ordered me a new battery, and it came the next day and they changed it in under an hour! I cannot be more grateful for these guys.
