Dropped off iPad to have charger port replaced. Was told it would take 3-4 days. After about a week, I got in touch with the owner who informed me that the CPU on the iPad was bad. A few days after picking up my iPad the owner called me, informing me that he would give a full refund due to the unforeseen outcome.
I dropped off my daughter‘s laptop to be repaired here, and the guy that was working here stole the device, and I have been going into the store and calling them on a regular basis and no resolution has been presented to me and it has been over three months at this point. This company is a scam and they are not worth your business if I could give zero stars I would. I was told the guy that stole the device has been fired and they are working on getting it back, but it has been far too long at this point. I just want a replac... read more

Waited extra time for a battery and back replacement on my I phone. Dropped it off Friday told it would be ready Monday and it wasn’t ready until Tuesday. Promised a screen protector for the inconvenience. Arrived and the screen protector was out of stock….
