I had an amazing experience at I Fix on Wheels in Cambridge. The owner is one of the most polite and honest people I’ve met in this business. I went in ready to spend more money changing my iPhone battery, but he actually advised me not to because it wasn’t necessary. His honesty truly impressed me. I also took my daughter’s laptop for repair, and instead of charging me a huge fee, he gave me a big discount and even told me that buying a new laptop would be cheaper than fixing the old one. If I could give 10 stars, I would. My daughter‘s phone broke on a Sunday night and I connected with Orhan around 6 PM Sunday night. He had the phone fixed the very next morning by 10 AM. Orhan went to her office. As her phone wasn’t working, it was difficult to find her, but Orhan was very patient and persistent. He found her and repaired the iPhone on site. Amazing customer service!!!!
