Went to get an iPad Air looked at after it stopped turning on. Work was deemed to be needed on CPU, they quoted £130 and said it'd be back in a week or so (needed to be sent to specialist). No updates, even when it got past 1 week, we chased multiple times and got vague "it's still with the specialist" answers.
