iPad was cracked… it was fixed the next day. Very reasonable price as well…
I called to see if they fixed a certain Apple electronic that I had and tried to explain what was talking about the lady or man whatever it was that answered was extremely rude and was cutting me off the worst customer service I have received
Avoid this place at all costs. Called them to find out about getting a phone diagnosed. Told them specifically what the problem was. I was told bring it in and we will take a look at it. Drove almost an hour to bring it to the store. Was then told they couldn't troubleshoot unless it was currently doing its bootloop. Was also told of it was a chip on the board they couldn't fix it anyway. I questioned the phone call yesterday, to which her answer was to hand me my phone back and tell me goodbye.
