Gotta leave 5 stars due to the impeccable work of Russell! My last battery replacement was a botched job, which also cracked my back glass. Russell was a godsend, making it right by ordering another back glass and replacing my battery as well. Now my phone is as happy as the first time I opened it out of the box. Definitely will be going back for any future tech needs. Ask for Russell if you're in the area and need a fix!

I had a very bad experience dealing with this business. At no point did I feel like I was getting honest, straightforward information, and the way things were handled came across as dishonest and unethical. Instead of making the customer feel valued and respected, I felt pushed aside and talked around. I never felt like I was being treated as the priority or that my concerns were taken seriously.
