Very nice, fast, had everything I needed. Replaced a cracked protector which had water after being in the rain. Got my phone to look like new, Highly recommend!
Talk about disappointed. I bought a new screen protector from them just a couple weeks back and they put it on. First, let me preface by saying, before I purchased from them, I went in to inquire and was told it was $15. When I received my new phone case, I went up and purchased the screen protector about a week later. NOOR wasn’t the best to deal with. horrible customer service. said one thing was wrong with my phone then when i came to get the phone he ends up “fixing” something we never spoke about and my phone issue was never resolved. he didn’t offer to fix the problem we actually talked about or offer a refund. seemed like he scammed me. he mentioned that he’s the owner of the store. if the owner is scamming people out of their money then i highly wouldn’t recommend coming here.
SCAM !!!! DO NOT COME HERE, the guy with the heavy accent. I think I'm saying his name right. He agreed on a price to fix my phone, and when it was completed he wanted more money than what we agreed on. It wasn't just a little bit more money like $50 and hes asking for $70. He wanted $63, that I had originally paid and now he is asking me for $200 more and is threatening to delete everything on my phone if I do not pay up. I highly recommend NOT going to this store. Guy tells me the mother board on my phone needs fixing, I say okay and I pay in advance. Comes the next day to pick up my phone and phone is still having issues only for him to tell me he fixed my icloud issue when my icloud was never an issue. I have been using my icloud on my laptop since my phone wasn't working and he knew. Then comes to tell me I need to pay 185 for him to fix the motherboard problem. guy just scammed me. HIS NAME IS NOOR.
