We were traveling from out of town and in a pinch purchased a charging cable from a gas station. The charging cable ended up almost frying my partner's phone and we took it to Ifixandrepair to see if they could fix it. Turns out the phone wasn't completely done and just needed a better cable. Ifixandrepair didn't try to charge us to fix the port or battery since the phone didn't need it. Awful Experience – Stay Away! ⭐☆☆☆☆ I brought my Samsung S22 Ultra to Ifixandrepair inside Walmart on Bruce B. Downs, New Tampa to replace my screen. At first, they quoted me a set price of $150 cash, out the door. I agreed. The first tech couldn’t complete the job because he had the wrong screen. Instead of admitting their mistake, he tried to blame me—claiming that I gave him the wrong information about my own phone. Talk about disappointed. I bought a new screen protector from them just a couple weeks back and they put it on. First, let me preface by saying, before I purchased from them, I went in to inquire and was told it was $15. When I received my new phone case, I went up and purchased the screen protector about a week later. SCAM !!!! DO NOT COME HERE, the guy with the heavy accent. I think I'm saying his name right. He agreed on a price to fix my phone, and when it was completed he wanted more money than what we agreed on. It wasn't just a little bit more money like $50 and hes asking for $70. He wanted $63, that I had originally paid and now he is asking me for $200 more and is threatening to delete everything on my phone if I do not pay up.
