The gentleman working here is very knowledgeable . My battery needed replacing and had it done in less than 30 minutes. He gave me little hints on how to extend the battery life. Highly recommend.
complete scam. Leaves things out about the warranty and didn’t reveal the pricing until after the repair was finished and irreversible, giving no choice. Gave me a weak screen that shattered with the lightest of contact. And even 5 minutes after the “repair” it glitched out over and over. A complete waste of hundreds of dollars. The employee was also incredibly rude and condescending when I came back for the new screen since his was faulty. Horrible experience I will never go again.
Went in to get my charging port fixed. Replaced everything within an hour and was reasonably priced. Works like brand new
This guy bought my stolen AirPod maxs from some random guy who stole them from me and is now trying to force me to pay him $280 what he paid for them they are still locked to my account and have been reported to apples national stolen item list as well as filing FTC and DATCP complaints about him and I plan on calling the news and whoever else will listen about this scamming fraud. Apple themselves said he could not repair anything in the AirPod Maxs as well so he is blatantly lying and I will not stop until I get my stolen ... read more
