I went to go see if these people could replace the battery in my iPad. I will never go here again They will charge you $45 and then turn back around my total was 190+ tax never going here again
Dropped off tablet for charging port, they called and said it had water damage so they would clean it (very small spot in the bottom corner) it came back with water damage all the way along the bottom and left side and it’s indicating it’s not charging (using the same cord we have always used). They had quoted us 3-4 days and they had it for 9, we had to call them multiple times to try to get updates on why it wasn’t ready. I will absolutely not be using this service ever again. Very friendly and great service. They had to order the part for my phone. Once they had the part they quickly fixed it and now it is as good as new.
