Got beach sand in my charger connector and charging cord became loose. Had my phone fixed in two minutes. Great service.
Extremely disappointed with this place. I brought in my phone for a simple screen replacement, and not only did it take twice as long as promised, but the quality of the repair was awful. The screen started glitching within two days, and when I went back, they refused to take responsibility, claiming it was "user damage." The owner was rude and dismissive, and it felt like they were more interested in blaming customers than actually fixing the problem. She replaced my screen in a timely manner but must have put a cheap screen and screen protector on it, because my protector and phone were cracked within the same week. Very disappointed.
