the new hire, middle-aged lady with dyed hair was extremely rude. when i asked them how come my screen was having blackouts after i went there to get the screen repaired, she simply told me that i “must’ve dropped my phone” because it wasn’t them and rudely told me i can pay them 55$ to RE FIX my screen for the second time (after there mistake) or can go to someone else. i had no problem paying 55$ but the extreme rudeness caused me to leave. i work in customer service and i was jaw dropped by the behavior i was given. i hav... read more
