Absolutely terrible customer service. I just witnessed them treat a lady so bad. She had dropped her iPad off in November and it was supposed to be done a long time ago she was back in there today and I heard commotion she was asking them to charge the iPad they gave her so she could see if it was fixed or working and he refused. Gave me a great price on the screen for my iPhone15 that included labor, normally I like to do my own repairs but I couldn’t source the part for what he was charging parts AND labor!! Gave him my phone he told us to come back in 20min and sure enough he was done when we got back. He had his young son helping him behind the counter which is always cool to see. My husband and I came here to get his iPhone 15 screen fixed on 1/10/2025… it was pretty bad - down to the LCD was broken, not just the surface glass. We had shopped a trade in deal at the carrier store nearby and while trying to decide if we really wanted to get wrapped up in hidden fees and the like of dealing with our carrier - we decided to stop at iFixandRepair just to get a quote. The old man has a attitude even just asking how’s everything coming along n my phone don’t read the screen that’s been put on my phone n my phone didn’t have no water damage n now out of no where my phone has water damage.. don’t wast you time or money here
