I called yesterday to ask for a quote and was told to come to the Leicester location. When I arrived this morning it was still gated an hour after it was supposed to open. I called the number and the owner, Jose picked up. He promptly found that the employee that was supposed to be there had an emergency. Jose was apologetic and very quickly drove from West Boylston where he was in the middle of an errand, and met me and my kids in Leicester about 30 minutes later.
