Dont go to colorado mills in denver co they suck left all my inside screws missing and to top it off screens are garbage only lasted me a month and was unresponsive
I brought my Samsung S8 to your kiosk in the Portland Maine Mall on April 14th, it was suppose to take a hour to repair, the guy damaged the circuit board inside, they said they had to send it out for a repair and it would take 2 or 3 business days, today is May 2nd and I still do not have my phone back and I havent been given a loaner phone as was promised multiple times. I call and noone will answer, I goto the mall and they keep giving me the same run around, they refuse to give me a business address, I am going to sue!
This company is very unprofessional and a poor excuse of a business. They treat their employees horribly as can been seen by their extremely high turn over rate. They also sell subpar screens with their repairs. This company outsources most of their tasks to Columbia and pays their employees stateside next to nothing for what they expect of them. Do not support this franchise, especially the Sawgrass Mills location.
TERRIBLE. we bought a THIRTY DOLLAR tempered glass screen and my husband dropped his phone 3 days later and it did NOTHING to the tempered glass but actually broke his screen underneath. His phone is 2 years old and has been dropped millions of times. When we took it in the tempered glass that was already on it was smashed to hell but his actual screen wasn't even scratched.
